MINIMUM
Qualifications:

Must have completed at least 2 years of study (48 semester hours) at an institution of higher education; or 2.
Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree; or 3.
Met a rigorous standard of quality as determined by a formal assessment.
WorkKeys Test - Reading for Information score of 4, Applied Mathematics score of 4, and Writing or Business Writing score of 3; OR WorkKeys Silver Level certification:
Workplace Documents score of 4, Applied Mathematics score of 4, and a Writing or Business Writing score of 3.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
