Audit supervisor accountable for supervising the work of professional level auditors and other fiscal areas.
At this level, employees may participate in the work of the highest professional level auditor and lead an audit team or multiple teams.
This level is responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance and quality of the team's work and has input into setting a budget.
Employee supervision includes hire recommendations; training; work planning, assignments, and review; and performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline.
Supervision at this level also requires these positions to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
