Responsibilities:
Product Design Leadership:
Lead the design and development efforts for backup power generators, from ideation to production, aligning with client needs and market trends.

Team Management:
Build and lead a proficient team of product designers, engineers, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Technical Expertise:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of generator technology to drive design decisions and overcome technical obstacles.
Stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards in power generation.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure seamless product development processes.
Solicit feedback from stakeholders to refine product requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.

years of experience in the Generator Industry preferredExtensive experience in product design and development, with a focus on power generation equipment, particularly backup generators.
Proven leadership and project management skills within a manufacturing environment.
Professional Engineer stamp required Skills and Abilities:
Profound technical proficiency in generator technology, encompassing engine systems, electrical systems, and control mechanisms.
Strong leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating diverse teams.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to innovation and improvement.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
