Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for zone maintenance, vehicle receiving & shipping, inventory scanning, vehicle movement (both on and off lot), lot wash/merchandising, taking and uploading photos to carmax.

Principle Duties &
Responsibilities:
o Execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized worko Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with teamo Participate in training of new associates with guidance of Inventory Associate II and/or the Managero Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customerso Ensure daily lot maintenance and security of the display areas and work-in-progress zoneso Secure and receive vehicles that are shipped to CarMaxo Prep vehicle and title packets for shipping to other locationso Complete scanning of vehicles to ensure accurate product statuso Complete wash and vacuums for customer returns and loaner vehicleso Complete front-lot washo Perform Photo Station processo Drive vehicles on and off lot for repairs/storageo Provide support to Auctions.

o Responsible for workplace cleanliness and organization in accordance with CarMax 5S standardso Complete duties as assigned by Flow Inventory Associate IVs and ManagersMinimum Qualifications/RequirementPosition requires the following:
o Current driver's license and meet the CarMax DSEPS standardso Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data in order to maintain accurate recordso High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferredo Ability to execute processes as defined by work instructions and/or standardized worko Complete Inventory Associate Workstation Certifications & Assigned Workday Learningso Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs Working Conditions:
o Indoor and outdoor environments may include working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions.
o Flexible work hours, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidayso Requires walking or standing for extended periods of time in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment.
o Wears CarMax clothing (acquired through the company) at all times working in the store.

, and EPA standards, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, and proper waste disposal in required areas.
