MINIMUM
Qualifications:
All teachers must be highly qualified as defined by federal guidelines of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
Teachers must possess a bachelor's degree and full state certification or licensure.
K-6 teachers must have elementary certification or may have a designated subject certification in grades 5 or 6 if they are departmentalized and only teach that subject or subjects for which they hold certification.
Teachers in grades 7 and above must be certified in the area that they teach.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
