Insight Technology Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking experienced technical professionals for work on a long-term program in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Clinton, MS. Selected candidates will be providing end user support for any technical issues involving the hardware, software, network, or telecommunications systems incurred by the program''s internal and/or outside customers via telephone.
Due to the nature of these positions, we are looking for candidates with professional technical support experience, as well as strong customer service and communication skills. In addition, candidates must hold the minimum of an Active Secret Clearance and must be able to pass an additional background investigation conducted by the Department of Homeland Security.
Basic
Qualifications: Experience with some or all of the following:
Installation of New PC''s or Laptop Computers
Installation of OS''s and Re-Imaging Hard drives
Ensuring printers, network and or local printers are re-assigned to correct users
Verifying operation capabilities; access to the internet/intranet and e-mail
E-mail and data migrationrn
Desired Qualifications
Experience with in a call center/help desk providing end user support
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
Professional IT Certifications (Dell and/or A
preferably)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
