NTT DATA¬ Services currently seeks a¬ Help Desk Support Specialist¬ to join our team in Clinton, Mississippi (US-MS), United States (US).

Roles and Responsibilities:
‚€ĘResponds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users.
‚€ĘProvides support, identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
‚€ĘPossesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature.
‚€ĘContributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
‚€ĘApplies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
‚€ĘDocuments problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
‚€ĘThe selected candidate is required to work a shift schedule on a 24x7 helpdesk environment.


- Experience with Windows desktop Operating System
- Experience with Microsoft Office¬

Required Education & Experience:


‚€ĘHigh School Diploma


‚€ĘRequires at least 3 years of relevant work experience
‚€Ę1+ years of customer service experience


- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Desired Skills:


‚€Ę1-2 years' experience troubleshooting hardware and/or software issues


‚€Ę1-2 years' experience in tier 1 help desk support
‚€ĘProficient with Windows XP, 7, 8.1, and iOS operating systems
‚€ĘProficient with Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, and 2013
‚€ĘExperienced with troubleshooting common network issues
‚€ĘExperienced with Active Directory
‚€ĘStrong written and verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
